What You'll Do8
- 1Provide customer service to employees visitors drivers and vendors performing site specific access control policies and emergency response when appropriate
- 2Monitor access points verify credentials maintain visitor and contractor records and direct authorized personnel and vehicles according to site procedures
- 3Observe inbound and outbound truck delivery and employee traffic reporting access irregularities damaged barriers or unauthorized entry attempts
- 4Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly solving problems documenting observations and completing required reports
- 5Conduct regular and random patrols of access points parking areas loading zones and business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
- 6Own and scale security protocols ensuring compliance with client expectations
- 7Drive fleet vehicles for client visits and deliveries
- 8Maintain accurate logs of security events and interactions
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 18 years old for unarmed roles 21 for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Background investigation clearance
- 4Drug screening completion
- 5Valid driver’s license for driving positions
- 6Access control badge experience preferred
- 7Customer service experience preferred
