What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and incidents in clear reports.
- 2Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly, communicating observations to appropriate personnel within the first 90 days.
- 3Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry, enforcing site procedures and policies.
- 4Provide professional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors, carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
- 5Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity through timely shift communications and written reports.
- 6Maintain a visible patrolling presence to deter security-related concerns and support community safety.
Requirements6
- 16+ months of security-related experience
- 2Valid guard card or license preferred
- 318+ years of age for unarmed roles
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Pass a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law
- 6Valid driver's license for driving positions only
