- 3Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting hazards and policy violations to leadership
- 4Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate security information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
- 5Support customer service by assisting shoppers, employees, and visitors according to site procedures

- 2Guard Card/License preferred
- 3Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 4Background check compliant with federal, state, and local laws

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and support the orderly flow of visitors, deliveries, and authorized personnel in accordance with site-specific requirements. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
