As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to visitors, tenants, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and support the orderly flow of visitors, deliveries, and authorized personnel in accordance with site-specific requirements. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- 23-5 seasons leading unarmed patrol operations
