What You'll Do6
- 1Verify authorized entry at gates, monitoring visitor and driver activity, and report unauthorized access.
- 2Conduct regular and random foot patrols across building exterior, parking areas, and perimeter.
- 3Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel.
- 4Document patrols and incidents through accurate reports and shift logs.
- 5Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees, answering inquiries professionally.
- 6Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and support a welcoming, orderly environment.
Requirements6
- 1Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- 2Customer service experience preferred.
- 318+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- 4High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5Pass a background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
- 6Valid driver's license for driving positions only.
