What You'll Do6
- 1Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- 3Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
- 4Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and problem-solve; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- 5Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs.
- 6Use Allied Universal's scheduling technology to claim additional shifts and increase earnings while maintaining your anchor shift.
Requirements7
- 1Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- 2Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- 4Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- 5Meet licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and regulations.
- 6Possess a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
- 7Commit to a six (6) month fixed-shift assignment.
