What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a visible armed security presence through regular patrols of healthcare facilities and parking areas to deter incidents
- 2Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for restricted areas
- 3Respond to emergencies, disturbances, or incidents in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with facility personnel and responders
- 4Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and logs in line with site policies
- 5Interact with patients, visitors, and staff to provide dependable customer service and information about safety procedures
Requirements8
- 1Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience
- 2Possess an armed guard card or license
- 3Be at least 21 years of age
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 6Experience with handcuffs pepper spray and baton preferred
- 7Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 8Ability to work part-time daytime schedule and pass licensing requirements as applicable
