What You'll Do11
- 1Lead Security of AI engagements including AI risk assessments and threat modeling for LLM-integrated applications
- 2Conduct agentic system security reviews and red team exercises
- 3Design governance programs and secure architectures for AI deployments
- 4Shape Protiviti's Security of AI service offerings and tooling
- 5Mentor and coach senior consultants and managers
- 6Partner with practice leadership to develop delivery accelerators
- 7Support business development and client pursuit strategies
- 8Contribute to thought leadership via publications and speaking engagements
- 9Identify emerging AI security threats independently and form proactive views
- 10Translate governance requirements into actionable engineering guidance
- 11Develop talent pipeline and foster career growth within AI security
Requirements10
- 18+ years in cybersecurity with depth in AI/ML security or security consulting
- 2Direct experience with AI security risks such as prompt injection or model integrity threats
- 3Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and NIST AI RMF
- 4Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Professional certification such as CISSP or CISM
- 7Experience leading consultants and senior staff in client engagements
- 8Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- 9Ability to own end-to-end AI security projects from inception to delivery
- 10Track record of driving practice development and methodology evolution
