Principal AI Cybersecurity Advisor
Overview
You will own AI security strategy for enterprise clients, designing solutions across Optiv's full portfolio. Principal AI Cybersecurity Advisor partners with account teams to drive pipeline and close deals. You will work with CxO stakeholders, leverage AI and security technologies, and shape client roadmaps. This role blends deep technical knowledge with sales acumen, requiring 10+ years in security.
What You'll Do9
- 1Drive pipeline generation for AI services and technologies, meeting quarterly quotas.
- 2Qualify AI security opportunities, leading proposal management to closure.
- 3Design pragmatic AI security solutions tailored to each client's environment.
- 4Lead executive-level discussions on AI strategy, security, and budget.
- 5Collaborate with service delivery to align AI offerings and ensure excellence.
- 6Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Optiv's portfolio.
- 7Speak at events and write articles to promote AI thought leadership.
- 8Stay current on AI trends and emerging technologies for client guidance.
- 9Participate in account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Requirements8
- 110+ years in information security, including consulting or leadership.
- 2CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, or CCSP certification preferred.
- 3Strong business and technical acumen for AI-focused discussions.
- 4Expertise in AI threat landscape, vulnerabilities, and defensive controls.
- 5Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
- 6Ability to travel within US and Canada, and internationally as needed.
- 7Experience evangelizing AI thought leadership at industry events.
- 8Proven track record leading information security functions or programs.
