Overview
Draper seeks an AI Cyber Principal to lead cyber security and resilience of internal AI models. This role establishes frameworks for AI-driven tools while protecting against AI-specific threats and establishing model governance. The incumbent secures deployments and extends AI capabilities through understanding of AI and cyber security threats.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead cross-functional initiatives to use AI and LLMs to enhance incident response alert triage and threat hunting
- 2Design security controls for AI/ML environments protecting pipelines against model theft data poisoning and adversarial attacks
- 3Develop and enforce policies and governance frameworks regarding responsible AI usage compliance and emerging AI regulations
- 4Anticipate threats by simulating AI-assisted attacks and architecting predictive defensive measures
- 5Partner with DevOps data engineering and AI/ML teams to bake security by design into all AI pipelines and products
- 6Establish metrics to monitor security of AI applications across full life cycle and create AI cyber governance framework aligning federal AI security expectations
- 7Secure cross-functional AI initiatives and extend AI capabilities within the organization
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in computer science cybersecurity data science or related field with master’s preferred
- 27 years cybersecurity cloud security AWS Azure GCP or security engineering experience
- 3Proven application of AI risk mitigations and monitoring frameworks
- 4Active top secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
- 5Experience with Python Terraform IaC and containerized microservices architectures
