- 2Establish and cultivate business relationships with senior executives
- 3Pursue business development opportunities and implement strategies
- 4Lead teams through performance appraisals and coaching
- 5Deliver strategic Identity Governance and Administration advisory support
- 6Design and implement Access Management technology solutions
- 7Proficiency in role-based access control and role mining
- 8Knowledge of directory technologies including Microsoft Entra AD and LDAP
- 9Understanding of software development lifecycle and change management
- 10Passion for Identity and Access Management field
- 11Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 9+ years IAM experience
- 12Professional certification in identity vendor certifications preferred
