What You'll Do11
- 1Lead execution of aligning applications and systems to Deloitte's next-generation IAM platform including identity lifecycle authentication and authorization
- 2Define and implement IAM architecture establishing standards influencing global enterprise strategy
- 3Establish and lead IAM as a product-based operating model organizing teams around platform capabilities
- 4Oversee team responsible for design integration deployment and operation of IAM services ensuring scalability and reliability
- 5Serve as trusted advisor balancing security usability and business enablement while representing US MF requirements
- 6Drive transition from RBAC to policy-based and attribute-driven access models ABAC and contextual authorization
- 7Implement modern identity capabilities including machine and workload identity secrets management and JIT privileged access
- 8Communicate IAM architecture strategy across global and US MF stakeholders driving alignment and adoption
- 9Lead senior team members in design development testing and implementation of IAM solutions and governance frameworks
- 10Perform technology research evaluating emerging IAM capabilities and providing architectural recommendations
- 11Evaluate build versus buy decisions for authorization platforms and workload identity frameworks
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 10 years experience in IAM or enterprise identity architecture
- 2Minimum 5 years experience in IAM architecture and integration across enterprise systems
- 3Minimum 5 years experience in deployment and operationalization of IAM or security technologies
- 4Experience leading large-scale IAM transformations in complex environments
- 5Minimum 2 years of people and/or process management experience
- 6Ability to travel 0-10% based on work and client sectors
- 7Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 9Minimum 200,000 identities managed globally dispersed workforce
- 10Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint CyberArk Azure AD
