Security Guard Part Time Enhanced, Unarmed Patrol Observation
Overview
Own a flexible part-time security role at aerospace and defense sites with steady shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. You will support ongoing safety operations, respond to incidents, and perform unarmed patrols at assigned locations. This position offers reliable hours, potential for up to 40 hours per week, and access to training and growth opportunities within Allied Universal.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures
- 2Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate to emergency services as directed
- 3Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity
- 4Monitor access, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns through established procedures
- 5Complete patrol logs and incident reports in compliance with Allied Universal and site requirements
Requirements8
- 1At least two years of security-related experience
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Be at least 21 years of age
- 4CPR certification is preferred
- 5Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
- 6Background investigation required in accordance with laws
- 7Drug screen required where permitted by law
- 8Valid driver’s license for driving positions only
