What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and guests following site-specific procedures access-control practices and emergency response protocols.
- 2Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations calmly professionally solving problems according to healthcare facility protocols.
- 3Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to identify and report security concerns.
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity assist with directions and escort requests and maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.
- 5Document incidents observations and security-related activities and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
Requirements6
- 16 months security-related experience required.
- 218 years minimum age for unarmed roles and 21 years for armed roles.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Background investigation conducted in accordance with all applicable laws.
- 5Drug screen completed as permitted by law.
- 6Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
