What You'll Do5
- 1Drive patrols and monitor access points in retail locations to identify security concerns
- 2Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem solving manner following site procedures
- 3Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters
- 4Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff while enforcing site policies
- 5Maintain accurate incident reports and communicate updates to leadership and site contacts
Requirements7
- 1A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with company policy
- 2Guard card or license preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles or 21 for armed roles
- 5Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- 6Must pass background check and drug screen as required by law
- 7Possession of a clean driving record and ability to work fixed shifts with optional additional shifts
