What You'll Do5
- 1Build and conduct regular patrols across assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- 2Respond to incidents and maintenance issues in a calm, problem-solving manner and relay details to management and responders.
- 3Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic zones to deter trespassing and policy violations while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- 4Document incidents and daily activities in required reports and share updates with supervisors and clients.
- 5Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
Requirements7
- 1A valid driver’s license is required
- 218+ years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background check according to law
- 5Drug screen where permitted by law
- 6Ability to use a computer or tablet
- 7CPR or First Aid certification preferred
