
Security Compliance Analyst, ICS & OT
Overview
You will own the first line of review and triage for Facilities security operational workstreams, supporting the LINCS IDC Security & Compliance team. You will collaborate with the Facilities Subject Matter Expert to protect network integrity across ICS and OT environments. Your work directly impacts the security posture of Company's Infrastructure Data Center Organization, ensuring compliance and operational resilience.
What You'll Do5
- 1Review and triage security operational workstreams for Facilities, focusing on network integrity within ICS and OT environments.
- 2Support the Facilities Subject Matter Expert in identifying and mitigating security risks across the IDC ecosystem.
- 3Assess security alerts and incidents related to OT systems, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- 4Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- 5Provide weekly status reports on security triage activities and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
Requirements5
- 13+ years of experience in security compliance, specifically within ICS and OT environments.
- 2Strong knowledge of Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology security frameworks.
- 3Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and network monitoring.
- 4Familiarity with NIST and CIS standards for critical infrastructure protection.
- 5Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
