What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with customers to provide personalized shopping experiences

- 3Lead inventory management tasks including truck unloading and restocking
- 4Execute cash handling procedures following company standards
- 5Educate shoppers on rewards programs and private label credit cards
- 6Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- 7Perform merchandise recovery and maintain store recovery standards
- 8Support Store In Stock Optimization and planogram development
- 9Drive shrink reduction initiatives through proper loss prevention techniques
- 10Collaborate with cross‑trained teams in custom framing and sales
- 11Maintain a positive attitude and uphold brand values in all interactions
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5+ years of retail or customer service experience
- 2Proven ability to work in a seasonal environment
- 3Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud logistics systems
- 4Certification in CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 5Experience with Spark and Airflow for data engineering tasks
- 6Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- 7Previous experience with Kubernetes environments
- 8Familiarity with React frameworks for digital solutions
- 9Understanding of AWS Certified practices for infrastructure management
- 10Commitment to Store In Stock Optimization methodologies
- 11Ability to adapt quickly to changing retail demands
