- 2Design and lead omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- 3Own merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns
- 4Scale store optimization and AD set duties
- 5Drive shrink and safety programs
- 6Lead store inventory through SISO and planograms
- 7Assist with truck unload stocking and frame shop operations
- 8Ship from store logistics and customer engagement
- 9Deliver rewards program education and private label card enrollment
- 10Participate in VOC surveys and customer interactions
- 11Maintain brand promises through consistent service standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years retail or customer service experience
- 2Physical ability to stand long periods and lift boxes
- 3Preferred knowledge of custom framing and production
- 4Experience with AWS Certified tools
- 5Familiarity with CPC Card and BCBA certifications
- 6Understanding of Kubernetes for cloud infrastructure
- 7Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 8Ability to adapt to dynamic seasonal environments
- 9Commitment to inclusive workplace values
- 10Willingness to work nights weekends early mornings
- 11Valid ID proving age 16+
