What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products
- 2Execute cash handling to standards and educate on rewards programs
- 3Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- 4Support merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns
- 5Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- 6Assist with omnichannel operations like BOPIS and Ship From Store
- 7Lead SISO tasks and support shrink and safety programs
- 8Maintain store aesthetics and adhere to SOPs
- 9Engage customers respectfully and promote company vision
- 10Cross train in custom framing and production
- 11Work nights weekends and early mornings including outdoor tasks
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2At least sixteen years old
- 3Physical ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes
- 4Preference for retail or customer service experience
- 5Experience with inventory management systems
- 6Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- 7Understanding of omnichannel retail processes
- 8Commitment to company values and positive teamwork
- 9Ability to follow safety protocols and SOPs
- 10Valid driver’s license for vehicle retrieval duties
- 11Strong communication and problem-solving skills
