What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products efficiently
- 2Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties including store recovery standards
- 3Provide checkout experiences and execute cash handling to standards
- 4Educate customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards
- 5Assist with VOC surveys and Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- 6Participate in merchandise recovery and SISO duties as assigned
- 7Support shrink and safety programs through proper procedures
- 8Interact respectfully with others and promote company values
- 9Cross train in custom framing sales and production
- 10Maintain store appearance and adhere to SOPs
- 11Work in a public retail environment with potential outdoor tasks
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2At least sixteen years old
- 3Experience with physical retail environments
- 4Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
- 5Preference for retail or customer service background
- 6Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- 7Willingness to work nights weekends and early mornings
- 8Familiarity with inventory management systems
- 9Knowledge of POS operations and cash handling procedures
- 10Commitment to company policies and safety standards
