- 2Design and implement planograms to enhance store layout
- 3Lead inventory management tasks including SISO and AD set duties
- 4Own merchandise recovery and shrink reduction initiatives
- 5Scale customer engagement strategies through VOC surveys
- 6Execute BOPIS and SFS processes to improve fulfillment
- 7Maintain store aesthetics and recovery standards
- 8Drive store optimization through data analysis
- 9Assist with cross-trained roles in Custom Framing
- 10Promote company vision and values while remaining respectful
- 11Support team development and positive workplace culture
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of retail experience
- 3At least sixteen (16) years old
- 4Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- 5Regular bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods
- 6Preference for retail or customer service background
- 7Strong communication skills and ability to remain positive under pressure
- 8Familiarity with WMS systems and Kubernetes environments
- 9Knowledge of POS terminals and cash handling procedures
- 10Experience with Voice of Customer methodologies
- 11Commitment to upholding SOPs and company policies
