What You'll Do10
- 1Build and set up serving lines and food stations according to guidelines
- 2Prepare and portion fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, and salads
- 3Operate standard kitchen equipment including convection ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, warmers, coolers
- 4Maintain clean work areas and dispose of leftovers following safety protocols
- 5Assist with HACCP monitoring and temperature/sanitizer/storage logs
- 6Serve students and staff in a cheerful, accurate, and compliant manner
- 7Organize dining and food service areas for efficient service
- 8Assist with end-of-day cleanup and equipment maintenance
- 9Ensure compliance with Maricopa County Health Department guidelines
- 10Support inventory and restock as needed
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2Food Handlers Card
- 3Experience in food preparation and handling preferred
- 4Ability to operate institutional equipment preferred
- 5Must pass criminal history background check
- 6IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
- 7Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 8Flexibility to travel between campuses occasionally
