What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and set up serving lines and food stations according to guidelines
  • 2Prepare and portion fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, and salads
  • 3Operate standard kitchen equipment including convection ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, warmers, coolers
  • 4Maintain clean work areas and dispose of leftovers following safety protocols
  • 5Assist with HACCP monitoring and temperature/sanitizer/storage logs
  • 6Serve students and staff in a cheerful, accurate, and compliant manner
  • 7Organize dining and food service areas for efficient service
  • 8Assist with end-of-day cleanup and equipment maintenance
  • 9Ensure compliance with Maricopa County Health Department guidelines
  • 10Support inventory and restock as needed

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2Food Handlers Card
  • 3Experience in food preparation and handling preferred
  • 4Ability to operate institutional equipment preferred

  • 6IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
