What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain patient schedules to maximize productivity
  • 2Respond to patient calls, texts, and in person inquiries
  • 3Schedule new and existing patients and confirm appointments
  • 4Proactively contact patients to fill openings and last minute cancellations
  • 5Follow up with overdue patients and communicate important scheduling information
  • 6Maintain accurate patient information in the practice management system
  • 7Identify schedule gaps and fill them in collaboration with the team

Requirements6
