Overview
Own patient scheduling and communications at a growing dental practice in Phoenix with a focus on a positive patient experience. You will manage scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and cancellations, ensuring productive provider calendars and timely care. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain patient schedules to maximize productivity
- 2Respond to patient calls, texts, and in person inquiries
- 3Schedule new and existing patients and confirm appointments
- 4Proactively contact patients to fill openings and last minute cancellations
- 5Follow up with overdue patients and communicate important scheduling information
- 6Maintain accurate patient information in the practice management system
- 7Identify schedule gaps and fill them in collaboration with the team
- 8Assist other business team members and support a positive patient experience

Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Basic computer proficiency
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 4Excellent phone etiquette

- 6Previous customer service, scheduling, reception, hospitality, medical, or dental experience preferred
