What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate and schedule home care services based on client needs and caregiver availability
- 2Assign caregivers using skills and compatibility assessments
- 3Manage high call volumes resolving scheduling conflicts swiftly
- 4Adapt to last-minute changes from callouts or emergencies
- 5Maintain accurate scheduling records via HHA eXchange platform
- 6Track daily attendance and process EVV submissions
- 7Document temporary orders and conduct monthly patient outreach
- 8Mediate communications between caregivers clients and providers
- 9Provide administrative support including report updates and filing
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in home care scheduling or healthcare coordination
- 2Bilingual proficiency in Spanish Creole or Russian
- 3Familiarity with HHA eXchange or similar systems
- 4Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- 5Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- 6Commitment to delivering empathetic client-centered care
