Experienced Home Care Coordinator – Russian English Bilingual Required
Overview
We seek a bilingual Care Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordinate home care services in New York. This role involves managing patient communications and ensuring accurate documentation within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate and follow up on maintenance calls and patient service needs
- 2Assign Personal Care Aides based on patient schedules
- 3Communicate daily with patients PCAs and MLTC about care services
- 4Conduct pre-billing reviews to verify service accuracy
- 5Follow up on scheduling issues and caregiver assignments
- 6Maintain patient records and documentation
- 7Escalate patient care concerns to supervisors
- 8Support project coordination initiatives
- 9Demonstrate proficiency with electronic documentation systems
Requirements7
- 1Bilingual in English and Russian
- 2Previous home care experience
- 3Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- 4Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- 5Professional verbal and written communication skills
- 6Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
- 7Experience with computer-based documentation systems
Salary Insight
