What You'll Do8
- 1Capture and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements in the first 30 days.
- 2Design and configure Salesforce objects, fields, and flows to support security and AI use cases.
- 3Drive stakeholder alignment by presenting solution options and trade-offs.
- 4Lead UAT cycles with business users, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
- 5Scale Salesforce adoption across enterprise, cloud, and SaaS environments.
- 6Debug and resolve configuration issues in Salesforce and integrated apps.
- 7Ship detailed functional specs for developers and admins.
- 8Own the backlog of Salesforce requests and prioritize by business impact.
Requirements8
- 114+ years in Salesforce business analysis or administration.
- 25+ years in security or AI-related domains.
- 3Hands-on Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
- 4Experience with Salesforce integrations to enterprise systems.
- 5Strong expertise in requirement gathering and process mapping.
- 6Certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
- 7Proven ability to lead discovery workshops with cross-functional teams.
- 8Onsite availability in Palo Alto, CA.
