Salesforce Agentforce Architect, Financial Services
Overview
You will own the design, build, integration, and operationalization of secure, scalable agentic AI solutions on Salesforce Agentforce and related AI platforms. This hands-on role combines solution architecture with direct implementation, serving a Financial Services client in Washington, DC. You'll work within a cross-functional team of architects and engineers, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust AI solutions. What sets this role apart is the hybrid onsite model: 4 days per week from day one, transitioning to fully onsite, giving you direct access to stakeholders and systems. You'll drive the entire lifecycle from architecture to production, ensuring responsible AI adoption at scale.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and architect Agentforce solutions, including Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations, for financial services use cases.
- 2Build and configure Agentforce agents, flows, and prompts using Salesforce tools and Apex.
- 3Integrate Agentforce with external systems via REST APIs, SAP, and legacy platforms, ensuring security and compliance.
- 4Lead the development of guardrails, testing frameworks, and monitoring for responsible AI deployment.
- 5Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune LLMs and implement RAG pipelines.
- 6Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices for agentic AI, including version control and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
- 7Present architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements8
- 18+ years of experience in architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with 3+ years focused on Agentforce or Einstein AI.
- 24+ years building AI or ML solutions using Python, Node.js, or Apex, with hands-on Prompt Engineering.
- 3Expertise in Data Cloud and Data Graph, including CRM Analytics and Data Lake integration.
- 4Strong knowledge of MuleSoft or Integration Cloud for connecting Salesforce to external systems.
- 5Salesforce Certified in Application Architect or System Architect, plus Agentforce certification.
- 6Experience with RAG, LangChain, and OpenAI or Anthropic models.
- 7Familiarity with Copado or Salesforce DX for DevOps in a regulated environment.
- 8Onsite presence in Washington, DC for 4 days per week, with full onsite availability.
