Overview
Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions at Girikon, driving contract automation and CRM enhancements for enterprise clients. You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce configurations including Agentforce and Data Cloud, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. What You'll Do9
- 1Configure Salesforce permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and OWD to enforce data visibility.
- 2Build Agentforce and Data Cloud integrations to unify customer data and power AI-driven workflows.
- 3Design drag-and-drop workflows for contract generation, reviews, approvals, and e-signatures.
- 4Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- 5Develop custom code using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL to extend platform functionality.
- 6Integrate Salesforce with external systems via Web Services, AJAX, and XML.
- 7Manage data import, export, and updates, ensuring data integrity.
- 8Support sales processes, validations, Workflows, and Process Builders.
- 9Collaborate with teams using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.
Requirements9
- 16+ years as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on configuration and custom development.
- 2Mandatory experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- 3Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, AJAX, JavaScript, and HTML.
- 4Experience with Salesforce sharing model, roles, OWD, and object relationships.
- 5Solid understanding of Standard objects, sales processes, and validation rules.
- 6Knowledge of Delegated Admin, Communities, and Partner Portal is preferred.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- 9Agile development experience with Jira and Confluence.
