What You'll Do8
- 1Design and architect Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, covering POCs and full lifecycle development.
- 2Lead the implementation of Agentforce and Einstein AI features, integrating them with existing workflows.
- 3Optimize data models and reporting with Data 360 and CRMA, ensuring real-time visibility for leadership.
- 4Build and enforce security architectures, aligning with Microsoft Dynamics 365 security models.
- 5Drive technical reviews and mentorship, elevating the team's Salesforce expertise.
- 6Ship scalable, maintainable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- 7Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- 8Debug and resolve performance issues across the Salesforce platform in production.
Requirements5
- 110+ years of Salesforce platform experience across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- 25+ years hands-on in a Senior Architect or Lead Architect role.
- 3Proven experience with POCs, hands-on development, and enterprise-level architecture design.
- 4Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce, Data 360, CRMA, Einstein AI, reporting, and dashboards.
- 5Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 security models.
