Sales Support Specialist, HVAC & Distribution
Overview
Support the sales team at a long-standing HVAC distributor with a regional footprint. Own order processing, customer follow-up, submittals, quotes, and deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment. Work with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep customers informed. This role blends administrative rigor with HVAC product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, in-person office setting.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- 2Provide order updates to customers and schedule deliveries
- 3Prepare submittals, quotes and freight claims
- 4Maintain job quotes and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
- 5Attend sales and vendor meetings and collaborate with order entry and related departments
- 6Handle phone calls and walk-in customers with professional service
- 7Research HVAC solutions using product guides and manufacturer software
- 8Support sales personnel with application and order support
- 9Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- 10Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC industry and sales experience
- 3Strong accuracy and analytical skills
- 4Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
- 5Literate in Microsoft Office and Excel
- 6Knowledge of Sage, HVAC Partners or vendor websites is preferred
- 7Ability to work in Gilbert, AZ 85233 and in person
- 8Ability to commute to Gilbert, AZ
- 9Detail oriented with problem solving capabilities
- 10Ability to exercise good judgment and planning
