Sales Administrator, HVAC Equipment
Overview
Sales Administrator at Gemaire Distributors leads support for the HVAC equipment sales team. This role owns account support order management delivery coordination documentation customer service and handles all additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Do9
- 1Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
- 2Ensure accurate order completion processing and tracking including e-commerce and direct customer orders
- 3Coordinate timely deliveries and jobsite logistics while communicating delays
- 4Facilitate accurate job quotes purchase order management credit rebills and Scope of Work documentation
- 5Provide product information assist customers with product selection and after-sales support
- 6Deliver customer service via phone email and text
- 7Manage all other assigned duties
- 8Maintain strong organization problem solving skills and attention to detail
- 9Support inventory processes and maintain records
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales Call Center or Customer Service experience
- 2Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales Call Center or Customer Service experience
- 3Demonstrated customer service skills proficient in MS Office applications
- 4Ability to problem solve be detail oriented and multi-task
- 5English Spanish bilingual a plus preferred
- 6Physical demands include lifting 0-10 pounds occasional light lifting moderate lifting occasional moderate lifting frequent standing sitting stooping walking constant operating motor vehicle driving warehouse equipment never heavy lifting pulling pushing climbing never desk work constant operating a computer
