Sales Coordinator, HVAC Retail & OEM Compliance
Overview
Own day-to-day sales administration at scale within a leading HVAC organization across Mohave County and Clark County. MS Office and customer communications drive smooth operations for the Sales Manager and Comfort Consultants. You will coordinate dispatch, warranties, and partner compliance while supporting multiple sales roles in a fast-paced environment. This role stands out with strong cross-functional collaboration and hands-on impact on retail partner success.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage the dispatch board to rotate leads and schedule Comfort Consultants
- 2Design and track warranty activities ensuring timely resolution
- 3Lead coordination with the Install Coordinator to prepare and review accurate job packets
- 4Ship customer payment processing and receipts to ensure accurate revenue entry
- 5Own administrative support for Comfort Consultants, Inside Sales Reps, Lead Generators, and the Sales Manager
- 6Scale compliance reviews for Retail Partner contracts and requirements
- 7Drive audits of completed retail partner jobs for proper paperwork
- 8Maintain high-quality customer communications via phone and email
- 9Collaborate on process improvements to support sales operations
- 10Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales Department
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
- 2Two or more years of experience in a customer service call center or as a dispatcher
- 3Ability to quickly solve problems, multi-task, and resolve conflicts with customers
- 4Strong phone etiquette and organizational skills with excellent writing and email abilities
- 5Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet Explorer
- 6Experience in a retail or HVAC environment is a plus
- 7Ability to operate in a fast-paced onsite role in Las Vegas, NV
- 8Excellent time management and attention to detail
- 9Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
- 10Comfort with repetitive administrative tasks and data entry
