Sales Operations Coordinator, ITAD & Wholesale
Overview
You will own the operational backbone of a high-growth IT asset disposition and wholesale hardware sales team. You will coordinate orders, manage CRM records in Razor and Pipedrive, and ensure every deal progresses smoothly from bid to delivery. Your work directly enables the sales team to focus on selling while delivering a first-class experience to every customer. As the company launches its new IT Services division, you will help shape the processes that power data center decommissioning, inventory audits, and on-site technology services. This role reports to senior leadership and offers genuine growth opportunities as the business expands.
What You'll Do10
- 1Coordinate wholesale hardware orders from sale through to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timelines.
- 2Build product lists and prepare bid documentation for outbound sales, using Excel and internal tools.
- 3Maintain accurate order records within Razor and Pipedrive, updating statuses and tracking progress.
- 4Provide proactive updates to customers on order status and shipping, resolving any discrepancies.
- 5Coordinate logistics, including carrier bookings and dock scheduling, to meet delivery commitments.
- 6Manage invoicing and monitor outstanding payments, using Excel for tracking and reconciliation.
- 7Resolve RMAs, order discrepancies, and broker purchase orders, collaborating with sales and operations.
- 8Support inbound sales by keeping CRM records accurate, managing pipeline reporting, and coordinating customer communications after successful bids.
- 9Ensure inbound collections are scheduled correctly and maintain accurate inventory records throughout the processing lifecycle.
- 10Build scalable processes for new IT Services offerings, including data center decommissioning and site surveys, by creating documentation and coordinating projects.
Requirements10
- 12+ years experience supporting sales or operational teams in a coordination role.
- 2Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence working across multiple systems.
- 4Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, and basic formulas.
- 5Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- 6Experience using Razor, Pipedrive, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
- 7Exposure to invoicing, accounts receivable, or logistics coordination.
- 8Basic project coordination experience, with the ability to document processes.
- 9ITAD or technology industry experience is a plus.
- 10Wholesale distribution experience is a plus.
