Operations Associate — Wholesale Distribution
Overview
Lead the operational backbone of a growing wholesale distributor while gaining hands‑on experience across purchasing logistics and customer operations. This role offers full‑time employment in Dallas Texas with competitive pay and opportunities for growth. You will report directly to the owner and collaborate with warehouse leadership and bookkeeping partners.
What You'll Do6
- 1Coordinate daily operational workflows including order processing invoicing handoffs and delivery verification
- 2Own new customer onboarding from initial setup through first successful delivery
- 3Build and maintain spreadsheets order sheets price lists and checklists that keep the operation running accurately
- 4Ride along on customer visits throughout DFW for onboarding product samples and operational support
- 5Work across purchasing customer service warehouse operations and logistics to keep information flowing accurately
- 6Take ownership of increasingly important operational workflows and become the primary coordinator for day‑to‑day execution
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree
- 21–2 years of professional experience or strong internship experience
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- 5Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets Word email PDFs Google Workspace and learning new software platforms including Zoho
- 6A dependable self‑starter who keeps commitments and flags problems early
- 7Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations throughout DFW
- 8Business‑level Mandarin is a significant advantage
