Overview
The Business Operations Coordinator at Votaw Precision Technologies will own and deliver operational analytics and administrative support across manufacturing and cross-functional initiatives. This role drives data-informed decision making and improves workflow efficiency through analytical reporting and process optimization.
What You'll Do12
- 1Build and maintain dashboards using Excel Power BI to track operational metrics and KPIs
- 2Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation for manufacturing operations
- 3Administer and update CRM data ensuring accuracy across all systems
- 4Coordinate proposal development activities including stakeholder collaboration and document preparation
- 5Support engineering change proposals by tracking actions and implementation activities
- 6Prepare shipping documentation and maintain electronic records and archives
- 7Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing complex data sets and presenting clear insights
- 8Manage project teams through documentation meeting coordination and status reporting
- 9Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and maintain organized administrative functions
- 10Analyze operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance productivity and compliance
- 11Ensure regulatory compliance for ITAR restricted hardware and safety standards
- 12Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align operational processes with strategic goals
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing environments
- 3Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Operations Data Analytics Supply Chain or related field
- 4Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems including Epicor
- 5Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards using Excel Power BI
- 6Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- 7Self-motivated individual who can work independently and in collaborative settings
- 8Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced manufacturing operations
- 9Familiarity with manufacturing processes print specifications and engineering collaboration
- 10U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR regulations
- 11Physical ability to work onsite including occasional climbing stairs or ladders
