What You'll Do21

• 1Build and maintain accurate accounting transactions including AP AR expenses and purchasing activity
• 2Review vendor invoices against purchase orders receiving records and supporting documentation
• 3Identify investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders invoices receipts and accounting records
• 4Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• 5Maintain work‑in‑process inventory and job‑costing records
• 6Assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow‑up
• 7Review employee expense reports and company credit‑card transactions for accuracy
• 8Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
• 9Prepare financial reports schedules reconciliations and management reports
• 10Keep organized and audit‑ready accounting documentation
• 11Identify and correct accounting errors and data‑entry discrepancies
• 12Coordinate with manufacturing and operations regarding material and outside‑processing requirements
• 13Track supplier related costs and documentation discrepancies
• 14Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• 15Coordinate with manufacturing and operations on material and job related costs
• 16Support receiving shipping and inventory documentation
• 17Maintain information within the company ERP accounting and business‑management systems
• 18Work cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies between accounting purchasing inventory production and receiving records
• 19Assist management with operational reporting and data collection
• 20Maintain AS9100D quality management system records and support government aerospace customer transactions
• 21Escalate potential contractual purchasing or compliance issues to management
