What You'll Do11
- 1Provide functional direction and supervision to field team members
- 2Operate company vehicle safely to and from clinic locations
- 3Manage revenue collection and ensure accurate documentation
- 4Handle customer interactions including difficult situations
- 5Partner with clinic leadership to optimize location and crowd management
- 6Ensure clinic processes and paperwork are completed thoroughly
- 7Facilitate daily sales discussions with the team
- 8Drive sales during commutes and engage customers
- 9Assist in training new staff according to established plans
- 10Present clinic reports and reconcile equipment at shift end
- 11Escalate issues to management using incident reporting
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 3Certified in CPC Card and BCBA programs
- 4Experience managing 3-5 seasons in veterinary settings
- 5Ability to lift 40lbs and handle animals safely
- 6Excellent communication skills for complex situations
- 7Proven leadership abilities and team motivation experience
- 8Experience operating company vehicles for client transport
- 9Understanding of medical recommendations and booster schedules
- 10Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
