Overview
You will own the bid and estimate process for Houston remodeling projects, ensuring every customer receives accurate and timely proposals. Working alongside a tight-knit sales team, you will handle office operations, customer communication, and scheduling. This role offers paid training and direct exposure to sales, estimating, and business operations, with a clear path to advancement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare and update customer bids and estimates using company templates and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 2Make changes to bids and estimates as requested by customers or team members.
- 3Answer phones, take messages, and assist customers in a professional manner.
- 4Respond to emails and help direct customer inquiries.
- 5Organize and maintain files and office records.
- 6Perform data entry and ensure information is accurate.
- 7Assist with scheduling appointments and other office activities.
- 8Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- 9Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- 10Complete other office duties as assigned.
Requirements8
- 1High school student, high school graduate, or equivalent.
- 2Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- 3Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- 4Good communication and customer service skills.
- 5Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
- 6Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- 7Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
