What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products to homeowners, closing deals in the first 90 days.
- 2Participate in weekly sales training and coaching camps to sharpen negotiation tactics and product knowledge.
- 3Build a customer pipeline using CRM tools and manage follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- 4Collaborate with team members on group presentations and share best practices for improving sales scripts.
- 5Drive personal sales growth by setting weekly targets and exceeding them through strategic planning.
- 6Attend monthly performance-based reward events and leverage company-provided tablets and laptops to track sales metrics.
- 7Mentor new hires after completing initial training, reinforcing team-building and leadership skills.
- 8Collect customer feedback and report insights to management to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, though entry-level candidates with strong communication skills will be considered.
