Sales Arborist, Tree Care & Environmental Services
Overview
As a Sales Arborist you will own territory growth by building lasting client relationships and delivering expert landscape health guidance at scale. You will diagnose landscapes, prepare service estimates, coordinate with crews, and drive new business opportunities while representing SavATree at events. This role blends field work with client advisory and opportunity development. You’ll join a safety‑focused team and benefit from extensive training and potential ISA certification support.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and grow your territory by developing long-term client relationships and generating referrals
- 2Diagnose landscapes, provide expert recommendations, and prepare service estimates
- 3Coordinate with crews, oversee project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction
- 4Network at community and industry events to create new business opportunities
- 5Represent SavATree at trade shows and garden clubs while advocating environmental stewardship
Requirements5
- 1IOP not required but preferred ISA Certified Arborist or pursuit supported
- 2Strong relationship-building and communication skills to solve customer challenges
- 3Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
- 4Motivation to learn in a fast paced, high growth company
- 5Knowledge or background in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences
Salary Insight
$130 - $250k per year
