What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and lead daily safety meetings across sites to drive near-term safety improvements
  • 2Design and execute on-site safety audits and inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and reduce incidents
  • 3Own accident reporting and investigation workflows to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • 4Inspect power tools and heavy equipment to verify safe operation and maintenance readiness
  • 5Monitor PPE usage and enforce site access controls and LOTO procedures
  • 6Guide fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation safety practices on active projects
  • 7Collaborate with project leadership to integrate HazTek safety standards into project plans
  • 8Provide timely safety coaching to workers and supervisors to raise awareness and accountability
  • 9Report safety performance metrics to project teams and HazTek leadership

Requirements7

  • 1Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience
  • 2OSHA 30 in Construction required; OSHA 510 preferred
  • 3First Aid/CPR certified
  • 4Strong knowledge of construction safety standards such as LOTO and fall protection
  • 5Experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
  • 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
