  • 3Lead the enter-and-track process for regulatory information within required systems
  • 4Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies for submission quality and deadlines
  • 5Own status updates and deliverables to ensure timely completion of submissions
  • 6Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables and service levels stay within plan
  • 7Proactively safeguard data integrity and confidentiality in all reports

Requirements10

  • 1Experience in an industrial construction setting
  • 2At least one year in a clerk role supporting a job site
  • 3Proven success in compiling and filing regulatory submissions
  • 4Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills in multicultural settings
  • 5Strong listening skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • 6Ability to generate innovative solutions to regulatory problems and communicate with stakeholders
  • 7Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • 8Commitment to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy in documentation
  • 9Experience in Bluebeam, Sharepoint, O365 and intermediate Excel skills
