What You'll Do10
- 1Build and implement safety programs across departments to reduce incidents and elevate best practices
- 2Lead regular safety audits and inspections and drive corrective actions with measurable outcomes
- 3Train employees on safety protocols and PPE requirements to achieve 100% compliance
- 4Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures
- 5Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills with site teams
- 6Monitor compliance with OSHA and local regulations and maintain accurate safety records
- 7Participate in safety committees and share insights to strengthen the safety culture
- 8Stay current with industry best practices and evolving safety trends
- 9Promote safety engagement from leadership to frontline staff
- 10Support software and tools used for safety management and reporting
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Seven years of experience in safety with supervisory experience preferred
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Experience developing and implementing safety programs in construction or industrial settings
