What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards
- 2Coach and support contractors on safe work practices
- 3Monitor OSHA 29 CFR 1926 compliance and project safety requirements
- 4Lead orientations toolbox talks and safety meetings
- 5Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- 6Maintain safety documentation and reports
- 7Monitor high-risk activities like excavation and crane operations
Requirements10
- 15+ years construction safety experience
- 2OSHA 510 required
- 3OSHA 30 Construction within 5 years
- 4First Aid CPR AED certification
- 5Excavation and demolition safety experience
- 6Pharmaceutical construction background
- 7Strong hazard recognition and communication skills
- 8Ability to work with contractors supervisors and project leadership
- 9Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems
- 10Preferred BCSP certification such as STS-C CHST or CSP
