What You'll Do11

  • 1Develop and improve safety programs aligned with OSHA EPA and client requirements
  • 2Foster safety culture through modeling practices and promoting engagement
  • 3Conduct safety walks inspections and hazard assessments with timely risk resolution
  • 4Enforce compliance with lockout tagout fall protection and PPE standards
  • 5Lead incident investigations root cause analyses and corrective actions
  • 6Provide safety training for field staff and project teams
  • 7Deliver compliance audits and maintain updated policies manuals
  • 8Manage environmental compliance including stormwater hazardous waste and air quality
  • 9Serve as primary liaison for client programs such as Walmart
  • 10Establish standardized procedures for trailers safety binders and compliance materials
  • 11Track KPS reports and recommend improvements to leadership

Requirements9

  • 1Minimum 5+ years leadership in construction safety compliance
  • 2Valid driver’s license
  • 3OSHA 30 Hour Certification
  • 4Experience with large scale programs like Walmart
  • 5Strong communication and risk mitigation abilities
  • 6Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and ladders
