What You'll Do11
- 1Patrol building regularly and respond to safety calls promptly
- 2Exhibit professionalism and maintain proper appearance while on duty
- 3Guide patrons to exits during emergencies
- 4Identify problematic attendees and determine appropriate responses
- 5Coordinate with security medical personnel and first responders
- 6Follow department policies and comply with legal instructions
- 7Assist incident report writers with details as needed
- 8Complete assigned tasks efficiently adhering to supervisor guidelines
- 9Interact courteously with patrons vendors and employees
- 10Represent Safety Ambassador Department professionally
- 11Perform varied duties without losing composure
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Fluent English communication skills
- 3Understanding of law and penal codes
- 4Ability to represent Safety Ambassador Department effectively
- 5Strong crisis management abilities under pressure
- 6Excellent memory retrieval and quick information recall
- 7Physical capability to lift 45 lbs. reach pull push grasp and drag
- 8Demonstrated experience in customer service or conflict resolution
