Route Supervisor Alsco Uniforms
Overview
Lead the Service Department to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple districts. The Route Supervisor reports to the District Manager and manages route districts. This role focuses on training teams improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop productive teams through training and regular meetings
- 2Supervise RSRs and foster positive work environments
- 3Conduct customer visits and resolve issues collaboratively
- 4Ensure compliance with safety policies and service SOPs
- 5Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- 6Up-sell and cross-sell products while maintaining profitable mixes
- 7Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- 8Maintain accurate records and handle route documentation
- 9Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer relationships
- 10Perform additional duties as needed including relief and utility roles
- 11Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license and 21 years old
- 2Clean driving record with no violations
- 3Strong customer service and route sales skills
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 5Ability to recognize product attributes and perform calculations
- 6High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 7Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting up to 75 lbs
- 8Experience managing routes and supporting team members
- 9Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- 10Demonstrated leadership potential and growth mindset
