Route Sales Professional
Overview
Lead merchandise and sales activities for grocery retail chain. Manage product placement and drive revenue through strategic merchandising and customer engagement. Oversee daily operations including route settlements and compliance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Merchandise stock and rotate products to ensure optimal shelf presentation
- 2Drive sales by creating incremental displays and analyzing sales data
- 3Secure new display space and execute promotional strategies
- 4Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf allocation
- 5Conduct daily route settlements and maintain accurate inventory counts
- 6Operate delivery vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation
- 7Maintain safe driving standards and physical work requirements
- 8Climb, push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
- 9Communicate effectively in English and follow federal transportation guidelines

- 1Minimum 21 years of age
- 2Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 3Ability to obtain DOT medical card and chauffeur license
- 4Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
- 51-3 years direct sales distribution experience preferred
