What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes safely and on time, following Service SOPs for installations and deliveries.
- 2Build customer loyalty by communicating with decision-makers, proactively resolving service concerns, and providing outstanding customer service.
- 3Maintain accurate inventories, route books, and customer files; handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
- 4Monitor accounts and report customer feedback or competitive activity to the District Manager.
- 5Upsell services, promote products, and refer leads to Sales to drive revenue growth.
- 6Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness; load and unload products, moving carts up to 500 lbs and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- 7Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams as a reliable relief driver, supporting other team members where required.
- 8Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dress code at all times.
Requirements8
- 1Valid Driver's License and CDL when applicable; must be 21 years or older.
- 2Driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
- 3Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing work.
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to comprehend and follow directions.
- 5Accurately recognize colors and sizes.
- 6Physical ability to stoop, pull, push, reach overhead, lift up to 75 lbs, and move loaded carts up to 500 lbs.
- 7Daily operation of vehicles on public roads, in and out of customer locations, loading areas of industrial laundry facilities, service centers, or depots.
- 8Work in indoor and outdoor areas of industrial laundry facilities.
